A clear path from rows to labels
Make a sheet that makes sense.
Map spreadsheet columns to label text, QR codes, and Code 128 barcodes. Check the sheet, then print or save it as a PDF. Your CSV stays in this browser tab.
Start with your CSV
Choose a UTF-8 .csv file. We’ll read it locally and show you any rows that need attention.
One header row, then one item per row. UTF-8 with quoted values is supported.
Nothing is uploaded or saved. The file stays in memory while this page is open.
Choose what each label shows
Pick a CSV column for each role. You can change the suggested columns at any time.
Your CSV is ready
Text style
The preview updates as you change a field.
Review your print sheet
Choose a compatible label sheet and row range. Leave the full range selected to print every valid row.
Range numbers are data rows, excluding the header; issue details also show the CSV source line. Each sheet starts on a new page.
Private by design: no accounts, uploads, or cloud storage. CSV contents remain in memory while this tab is open.
CSV and print notes
Use UTF-8 CSV with a named header row and one item per row; quoted commas are supported. Review listed row issues before printing. Use the calibration page at actual size or 100%, and check any physical sheet before a full run.
